Self explanatory, how did this happen (theoretically impossible), should I repair filesystem ?
(Actually it was Azureus that did it, but OS X shouldn't allow it)

They don't have the same name. There's a space at the end of the first foo! folder.

I feel dumb.
I tried that through the Terminal some time but gave up. Never tried through the Finder.
