C'mon guys- let's hear some speculation! I'm getting real antsy. Am I going to be able to cruise down to my Apple store on Friday and pick up a brand new copy of Tiger or not?

I keep checking the message boards every day for some info. Looks like Steve has really tightened the screws. No new information in a while.

I don't care if you make it up: just give me something get excited about!

Thanks.

No, and no one's ever argued such. You might be able to watch a satellite feed of the announcement -though Steve seems to have decided against doing that for other recent announcements- but you will not be able to pick up a copy of Tiger then. There have been some (frankly unrealistic) predictions of an April 15 release, but more likely it will be late April or early May before you can get your hands on it.

It's a software release, for crying out loud. Bouncing up and down like a chihuahua on espresso isn't going to make things happen any faster.
You are in Soviet Russia. It is dark. Grue is likely to be eaten by YOU!
