Hi all,

I had this problem of not being able to detect my harddisk after i upgrade my OS from "Mac OS 9" to "Mac OS X". I have 3 Harddisk, but after i install "Mac OS X", I can only see my primary harddisk. can anyone provide any solutions to me, thanks~

More information is required.

1) Which version of Mac OS X did you upgrade too.

2) How are these hard drives connected? Internal/External

3) Which Mac do you own.

All that being said... Go into Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility
Do you see them there?

Wha? The number of processors in your computer doesn't affect whether a hard drive is internal or external. And then the eyeroll...

I'm confused.

The important place to check is the System Profiler. Do the hard drives show up in there? *PRECISELY* how are they connected to your logic board? Is it through a third party card? Is it supported by OS X?
