I recently was asked for my keychain to update stuffit. Unfortunately I cannot remember it. Is there a way to recover it and or reset it to something I can remember. Any help is appreciated.

No. There is no way to crack the keychain (other than brute force). The default keychain normally opens when you log in (same password as the account initially has), but you have to have that password to display it or change it. This is actually a security precaution.
