Some people have reported that Java is broken after the recent 10.3.9 update (Limewire is a Java app). They have said that re-installing Security Update-002 has often fixed the problem. You can find old Security Updates at www.apple.com/support/downloads

I went to the link and downloaded the file but I couldn't get it to install. I get an error messege saying that the volume doesn't meet the requirements for the update? Is there any way to find out what the updates really do before I do an install?
