My wife's G3 iBook doesn't have a bluetooth module, but some time ago I tried to use a USB bluetooth adaptor with it to connect with her PalmPilot. She didn't find that convenient, and has no other need for bluetooth. I've removed all the bluetooth software (I think), but the icon still sits there in the menubar, occupying valuable real estate on the small screen. How can I get rid of it? Clicking on it shows only a single item ("Bluetooth Not Available" grayed out), and there's no BlueTooth module in System Preferences, so I can't figure out where to turn this unneeded feature off.
