I've got a file, trying to drag it upwards in finder to another folder, but it hits limit of tip edge of the finder window -- what should I do?
I notice that in some apps, that the folder window can usually flow upwards in the direction you want to drag, revealing those folders up there, but not in finder?? thanks

Finder will do this, but you have to hold at the very limit of the window for it to auto-scroll. Try it a few times and you'll get it.
I think the sweet spot is about 5 pixels wide on the inside of the scrolling area.

As the dog said, it should work, if you keep your cursor in the right spot. In any case, if you can't get it to work, just open a second Finder window in the same location, and drag from one window to the other.
