My powermac g5 is buggy. I have to click either twice on every single thing like buttons or window titles docs anything. Most times it is worse, I have to click out and away from my target to just actvate something. Example a dock item, I click on safari to open it and move over to another item and click it will not do anything untill I click finder then back to the dock.
It happens or all of my mice and tablet.. Please help it is making me MAD now and it is getting worse

That is odd. I would suggest a problem with your mouse, but it sounds as though you've tested with several different mice already.
Are you using any haxies, such as WindowShadeX or ShapeShifter, or similar software? I'm particularly interested in software which changes the way the system looks or the way windows work. It's possible that you may have hit a bug in one of these.

I do have a few of these but I had them while I had 10.3.7 and they were fine. But even so I have turned them all off and the problem still exsits even after a restart.

Hmm. Perhaps something is wrong with the mouse driver? Have you been having any unusual stability problems lately?

It's not enough to turn them off. You have to remove them from your hard drive. Drag them all to the trash and empty it. (Make sure you have copies saved elsewhere in case you want them back later).
Then restart.
