When will tiger come pre-installed on powerbooks?

The title pretty much says it...

I am planning on purchasing a new powerbook but would like to have tiger pre-installed. I called today and the sales rep said it would be an "indeterminate period of time" before tiger came pre-installed on their computers. He said it could be a couple days or a couple weeks. Any thoughts?
