If your signature is any indication I might suspect your CPU upgrade...

Check your kernel panic log (in /Library/Logs/panic.log). Sometimes you can further isolate the problem based on the kernel modules that get reported in the "Kernel loadable modules in backtrace (with dependencies)" section of the panic log.

Well Panther was rock solid so it has something to do with Tiger. I'll check th elogs and see if I can decipher anything usefull from them.

If I had to guess i'd say it's my SATA card thats causing the problems.
