i need some help before i clean install tiger. how would i go about saving the following things?

-contacts, from address book
-bookmarks, from safari
-mail messages, from mail

thanks in advance.

just to add, i have .mac, so i can use idisk. i have never used it before and dont know if this would help.

sorry, don't mean to pick on you too harshly as you are new...but please look at the other forum topics, and search - this has been covered already hasn't it? the forums are going to get really polluted with stuff like this over the next few days so please people.....take a minute or two and look first.

could you show me where this has been covered. i did search for it. i am not able to see where those things are actully saved on my computer.
