first time post, my apoloiges for the duplicate, the other can be deleted, I think this is more appropriate here...
Ok so I've had my Powerbook TI for awhile now using 10.3.9 and Airport 4.1 I've been using a Linksys WPC-54GS pc card with it with sucess. Its recognizes it as a 3rd party airport card and aside from an occasional necessary reboot (due to sluggish wireless response), its been working flawlessly.
Well last night I decided to upgrade to it to Tiger (my company had been doing some development work), everything worked pretty good, cept I thought overall the system seemed a bit slow, so this morning I did a wipe and reload fresh with just Tiger.. (fast install btw).
Now it doesn't even see there is a PC-Card in the slot let alone recognize it as a 3rd party airport card! LOL
Thinking Steve decided to close OSX to third party's again? Any ideas?
Thinking tonight of reloading 10.3 fresh then airport 4.1, then trying an upgrade from there to Tiger (since the first upgrade worked fine). I guess this will be fresh enough.. but seems Steve is up to his old tricks again.
