I thought I'd read something about this, but couldn't find the post. Upgraded (archive and install) to Tiger Friday. All went well, all settings maintained, etc. Absolutely no difficulties.

I spoke too soon, of course. Now, my Powerbook, which connects to the Internet via Airport Extreme, does not automatically go online (can't automatically connect, whatever). Everytime you open it up, you have to go through a connection process. I am not sure what setting to change to allow this to happen, or even if a setting is at issue, since it wasn't before. I suspect it's more along the lines of a bug!

I just finished telling my teen-ager that Iwe can't be the only people with this issue and I'd check around to see if we could get a solution. So -- anyone know of one?

mine does that exact same thing, it will say "none of your trusted connections could be made would you like to connect to 'ruth'"? which is what it used to connect to automatically before tiger.
small bug, as long as i click connect and it keeps getting on then it doesnt worry me too much.
