Yes, I know, the simple answer is don't do that.

When I open Mail, it downloads messages like normal, but if I try to select more than 1 email (click once, hold shift, scroll down to next message), it crashed everytime. I don't have any Mail plug-ins installed, so that isn't the problem.

Any one else having this issue?

I've moved messages around to different folders using the shift-click method and have had no problems whatsoever.

Mail 2.0 crashes on compose or retreive mail on my TiBook.

No issues with Mail 2.0 on my upgraded AGP G4.
