pico/nano bug in 10.4 Tiger

I've confirmed this on multiple machines now, both clean install and upgrade installs. Open nano/pico (same thing in OS X) in Terminal.app or xterm via X11. Resize the window bigger, and nano locks at maxed CPU usage.

Just be warned. I keep locking up my editor doing this, forgetting to resize ahead of time.
