When I installed Tiger I noticed it installed like a million printer drivers. As I do not use a printer can I uninstall these files to save some space? Can someone tell me where they are stored?

/Library/Printers. Be careful what you do.

You can only mess it up if you delete more than you should. Let's say you have an HP printer. There is nothing wrong with deleting the Canon, Epson, and Lexmark folders. But I'd leave the rest.

Every print driver is different, because every manufacturer has a different way of doing things. So some drivers are in bundles, and I strongly discourage deleting stuff from bundles. PPDs (for postscript printers) are put directly into the different folders for different languages.
Most manufacturers keep tools separately (e. g. to clean the nozzles or whatever).
So I would suggest by deleting print drivers from manufacturers whose printers you won't use for sure. But if you want to save space, maybe you should just get rid of some localizations first.

You can always re-add printer drivers if needed. In fact, when you do an install, you have the option to leave out language packs as well as printer drivers.
