It seems that when I download new widgets, they refuse to install. For example, I recently downloaded the Yahoo traffic Widget and a Gmail checker widget. Now, previously, downloaded widgets had installed, but for some reason these won't. They pop up in the dashboard bar, but when I click on them they make a "denied" sound. The Yahoo traffic widget itself has no icon, just a purple box. I find this strange, seeing as how I know these two widgets work for other Macs. Has anyone encountered this problem?

I had a problem with a widget not showing up after I'd installed it. Did you try logging out and logging back in?
