So I installed 10.4 and imported all of my messages from the old 10.3 mail application and reorganized them into a new mail box, everything worked great. After restarting my comp and starting mail again, the mailbox with all of my old mail has disappeared! By searching for emails from people brings up a list of all the old emails but the body states:
The message from Aron _____________ <aron@______> concerning “Re: CD-ROM” has not been downloaded from the server. You need to take this account online in order to download it.

Anyone have any suggestions?

It would appear that all of the mailboxes I'm having problems with are located in the "Local-(null)@(null)" folder
