I can't network btwn 10.4 & 10.3 Macs. Anyone else?

Both at work and here at home, I can not establish a connection btwn my 10.3 desktops and my 10.4 PB. I'm not sure where to begin w/this one.

For one thing, the 'local' listing is gone from Tiger. It seems to have been replaced w/ 'My Network' but I dont see the usual listing here.

Any ideas?
