Well, so far so bad with my Tiger upgrade. It doesn't 'SEE' my second hard drive on the desktop. About This Mac sees it, but it doesn't mount on the desktop. Worked fine on Panther and has all my photos and video capture on it (200gb worth). Any suggestions?

Are you sure Tiger didn't just reset your preferences so hard drives are not displayed on the desktop?
Does the drive appear in the Finder window's sidebar?
Is it internal or Firewire?
If it's external, try unplugging it, restarting the machine, and then plugging it in again.
Try repairing the drive with Disk Utility.
Select the drive in Disk Utility and click the "Mount" button.

It's an internal SATA that doesn't show up under finder either. I can see it under 'About This Mac', and disk first aid sees it (heck, it'll even VERIFY it successfully). I'm a bit afraid to run a 'repair' however. Will that wipe out the drive? The 'mount' button is not selectable.

Any other thoughts?

I think the Mount button is not selectable because its already mounted. You probably need to check your Finder preferences. Make sure you have them set to show hard drives on the Desktop.
