My one major complaint about Spotlight.

ok, I have been using OSX Tiger for about a week now. I love all the features on my powerbook that I purchased a few months back. Spotlight though, is SLOW. It seems that it indexes the harddrive every day. What a pain, it kills me when I am playing Unreal Tournament 2004 and the game slows to a complete crawl.

Anyone else seeing this?

Nope sorry. I haven't see my spotlight index more than once. It was the veruy first time I installed my system. Try repairing permissions and see if that fixes it.
