I know Cmd-R will refresh a widget. I know holding down option will allow you to close a widget.

Is there a shortcut to duplicate a widget? i.e. Open a 2nd or 3rd sticky without having to open up the dashboard widget panel below?

Has anyone figured this out. I know I'm the only one that would find this useful.
