Still new to OS X, and I want to upgrade my 12" Rev C PB to Tiger here soon. I've got things set up exactly the way I like it, though. So while I want to do a clean wipe and install Tiger from scratch to eliminate any problems, I'd also like to save things like my keychain and cookies and username/password associations on all my webpages. What files/directories do I need to backup to make this happen? Anything else I should backup before nuking my drive and installing Tiger? This is my only Mac, so doing the FW user migration thing isn't possible. Thanks in advance for all your help!

Do an Archive and Install. It will save your data and install a fresh copy of Tiger.

If you want to do it manually, I think just saving your home folder and then would do the trick.

This is why I have .Mac. because it will backup your keychain, all your mail and settings, your iPhoto Library, iTunes library and purchased music, You can also have it back up your docs.

YOu could also do an Archive and install it would probably be your best option
