My cousin did a fresh Tiger install on his dual 1.8GHz G5. He wants to get back the iLife apps that came with his Powermac but says when he puts in the Panther disc that came with his G5 there is no separate installation for the iLife software. Shouldn't he also have a separate disc that has the iLife software or am I incorrect? He says he only has one disc that came with his G5.

Insert the System Restore DVD. There will be an icon to install OS X, but it will be an alias--distinguishable by the little shortcut arrow. Select this install icon and choose File > Show Original. This will open the invisible folder where the installers live. He should be able to find the iLife installer in there.
