Hi,
I am going to try to do an Archive and Install since the 10.3.9 upgrade screwed up my computer. Is it necessary to re-install Adobe apps after this or does the Archive keep everything except the System Folder Items?

You probably will need to check out the main Library folder, as that is copied into the "previous folder" backup after an archive and install.
