I have an IMac flatscreen and a new Powerbook Laptop 17"".

I have loaded Tiger onto both computers - works fine.

I have an Address Book on the Powerbook that I want to
export onto the iMac flatscreen.as it;s primary Address
Book. They are on the same server system. They can
also be linked together by a Firewire cable.

Exactly how can I get the Adress Book transferred from
the Powerbook to the iMac? I have little experience in
doing such things so the instructions have got to be
simple and understandable.

Thanks in advance,

Scott

In tiger's address book, just go to file and you can either export a particular vCard, or "back up address book". Email the file to your other computer (it's small), double-click, and you're done.

or indeed just select one or more contacts from the list and drag onto the desktop to create the vCards, then proceed as the good man says.

The Eagle has landed! ... and so did my Address Book! Thanks - e-mailed without a hitch!

Pretty impressive!

Thanks again!
