If I switch to Server do I lose any functionality from client? Im tired of maintaining files for Bind9 and postfix, and Im hoping that if I instal Tiger server ill get nice GUI's for them. I dont want to lose any functionality that I currently have in client tho.

You can not install iLife on Server without tweaking the installer a bit, that is the only think I can think about...

This depends on which applications you want. You can manually install them from the pkg files (instead of the iLife mpkg). iPhoto installs just fine, as does Garage Band. iDVD, on the other hand, is the application that refuses to install on Server.

You will lose many of the options in the Sharing System Preference pane, as this stuff is all done through Server Admin. If you can handle setting that stuff up yourself (e.g. internet connection sharing), then you should be fine.
