As I write this, I do have 873,975 page faults since I booted 1 hour ago. Is this a bad or a good thing. Someone can enlighten me?

Doesn't matter in the slightest. I have 304 million currently. Pageouts is the one you usually look at.

I have 2432 pageouts with a 15 day uptime currently.
