[FONT=Courier New]Actually, PS does tell you:

ps -alx

will produce this output:

UID PID PPID CPU PRI NI VSZ RSS WCHAN STAT TT TIME COMMAND
0 1 0 0 32 -1 28328 468 - S<s ?? 0:00.44 /sbin/launchd
0 23 1 0 63 0 27244 164 - Ss ?? 0:00.00 /sbin/dynamic_pager -F /private/var/vm/swapfile
0 27 1 0 31 0 28196 940 - Ss ?? 0:02.15 kextd
0 31 1 0 31 0 29668 1828 - Ss ?? 0:01.82 /usr/sbin/configd
501 343 1 0 16 15 143272 15676 - SN p1 0:00.69 /Applications/Calculator.app/Contents/MacOS/Calculator
...
...

You have a column with the NICE values: note my calculator running at nice 15.
