Seeing invsible folder after disk utility clone...

	I jusr cloned my boot drive to another disk... now that it's finished i can see all the invisible files/folders not usually seen (tmp, var...) The disk is bootable, but it makes me wonder why i can see them... did i do something wwrong? (it's my first time with the disk utility... usning that untill CCC is Tiger ready)
