Hello everyone,
I was exporting some video as single frames out of final cut last night and I accidently put them on my desktop. There are over 500 single frame jpegs jamming up my system, I can't get to my HD, finder, or anything--the ball just sits and spin's. I can use this web browser and other apps, but not get to my disk. WTF should I do? I really dont want to have to format my laptop. I run 10.4.1 on a 17" 1.5 ghz PB. Please, any help?

Have you tried relaunching the Finder?
Bring up Force Quit via Command+Option+ESC.

This was the most obvious thing I could think of. No it did not work. It just hangs, I have to pull the battery to get it to shut down....

Turn on Remote Login in Sharing Prefs, then login in via SSH form another machine and mv the files.

Search for "Putty" in google and use that to SSH in from a win box
