Hello Everyone

Need some help. I was messing around in the terminal and now I get this error when typing a command.

-bash: top: command not found

What have I done and how do I fix it. Feel free to slap my wrist if you like

With some loud music + a friend to chat nearby you can get alot done. - but jezz, I'd avoid it if I had the choice---- If only real people came with Alpha Channels.......:)

Actually, I'd be curious what you did to fix it... was it something you typed in the terminal (maybe messing up your $PATH)? Or was it the notorious "Execute this command:" preference in Terminal.app?

Sorry to take so long to get back to you.

I believe I messed with the path(.bash_profile) for where the commands are stored. so the terminal didn't know what to run. So I trashed the .bash_profile and everything returned to normal. Sorry not to be more discriptive but the truth is I fixed it by mistake, if you know what I mean.
