I was at work this morning and while doing some work, I had Star Wars playing on my iBook. At one point I needed a file off my iBook so I fired up spotlight searched, found, moved on. Suddenly I heard the DVD drive begin scanning like crazy and realized, Spotlight was indexing the DVD.

Why would it do that, and how can I prevent this from happening again. I have no need whatsoever to index the Star Wars Bonus Disc, or any other DVD for that matter.
