My screensaver on a 15" Powerbook G4 simply won't turn on. I have it set to 3 minutes and refuses to activate. Nothing is moving to prevent it from turning on. I really don't know what else to say about the problem. Any ideas?

Try a different screensaver. If that works, then the screensaver is hosed.
Also, if you have a different user, switch over and see if the screensaver works on that profile. And if it's a third-party SS, reinstall. If not, doublecheck options for it.
