I have two Macs. One has a static IP address, so I can get to it from anywhere. I'd like to be able to print to an attached printer. So two questions:

1) Can I do this? - I have 10.4.1 on both Macs

2) If so, how?

Take a look at Printer Sharing in the Sharing preference pane.
