Wataru, you can be a jerk sometimes and not at all helpful.

Virtualmullet, yes, you can download WMP from Microsoft but also another native way to play WMV in OSX is to simply use Quicktime with the below shareware plugin.

They charge $10 for the QT player plugin. But it is THE best ten bucks you'll spend.

WMP sucks on the Mac, it stutters, doesn't allow you search through videos and serious lags in playing after a pause.

Give it a try.

works okay for me, and the move by Apple to Intel cpu's will have absolutely no bearing on how well windoze media player works (or doesn't) - it is written for OS X or Windows, not IBM, Motorola or Intel (if that is in fact what your post was hinting at)

well, i can be the same way. i don't mind helping people but if they cannot be bothered to do even the most minimal amout to help themselves first then i don't feel too sorry for them when someone gets a little snarky.
