Printer profiles have vanished

Today, my ICC profiles for my Canon Pixma and profiles for Epson 2200 have vanished, gone.

They were included with Tiger install, the drivers are still here, but not profiles so can't make accurate print from photoshop with these printers. How do I get them back? any ideas why gone? thanks.
