ok ill assume that you are asking "When Apple release Macs with Intel Processors, and assuming they are 64bit, would we be able to install Windows XP 64" on these Macs.

Answer: No one knows... as apple said - they wont stop you from trying. As stated in a bajillion posts, drivers wil be required.... drivers drivers drivers....

The consensus seems to be that Windows probably will work on the future Macs, but no one knows how easy it will be.... we shall see once the Macs become available...
I free'd my mind... now it won't come back.

I don't think even Apple knows the answer to that one cause the hardware design (most likely) isn't finalized yet.

Apple may not try to stop you, but as has been discussed in other threads, Apple may choose a "BIOS" technology that isn't supported by Windows yet.

In other words, the mobos may be so new, no version of windows will actually install on the Macs. That is likely to change in a few months/weeks/days after release as SOMEONE will likely do it (either a hacker or Microsoft), but who knows. Difficult to see is the future </Yoda>
