The following issue has me confused and frustrated:

I have two user accounts on my machine (10.3.6).
Both are Admins (and I am the only actual user)

Until recently, if User1 created a folder at the top level of the volume (or within a folder already at the top level of the volume) then both users would have read/write access to the folder. I assume that this is the normal state of affairs.

Suddenly things have changed.
Most of the folders created by User1 seem to have read only access (or no access) for User2 and vice versa even though the group is admin...

I admit that I am easily confused, so perhaps there is a simple answer/solution to this...
