So far, this is the most annoying issue I have come across in Tiger - FUS back and forth to accounts with different resolutions causes windows to shift around. It seems to be the case that Tiger is drawing the other user before switching to that user's resolution, causing the disorientation. You can notice for a few seconds after switching to a user with a different resolution that that user's screen will be drawn with the previous user's resolution, whereas Panther switched resolutions before redrawing the screen. This issue annoyingly offsets Mail, at times offsets Safari and offsets the floating CPU meter from Activity Monitor (unless it's vertically oriented instead of horizontally, strangely enough). I know of no workaround other than to keep every user on the same resolution, which is really unacceptable. This behavior violates the Tiger standard that one account should not affect another, so from that standpoint I'd have to call it a bug. Anyone else annoyed?

I don't use diff resolutions, but I noticed that FUSing in Tiger from my account to another, and then back, screws with my mouse speed (something to do with the Logitch software I guess), I have to restart or unplug and re-plug the mouse to fix it (luckily, I don't normally switch users unless I'm trying to troubleshoot something that I think might involve a setting in my Home folder).

Er, what I'm getting at is there must've been a change in the way Tiger does things that affects this sort of thing. Maybe?
