Does anyone know of a way to get the OS 9.2 install disc? I need it to run classic, because the OS 9.1 CD I have won't boot, so I can't install it. Dare I ask if there's a place to download it? I really need to run a Classic app for school. Any help would be great.

One of the DVDs that came with your powerbook should have an installer that will install a classic folder for you.

Don't waste your time trying to find a 9.2 CD, your powerbook won't be able to boot anything less then 10.2.4 (if that).

goodluck, i've tried finding it on the discs that came with my powerbook as well as the ones that shipped with our imac, no good which CD i stuck in the damn thing, not one of them would install OS9 for me.

i even tried using pacifist and fileXaminer to search for the individual packages and no good, pretty pissed off about not being able to play all those classic games.

let me know if you get it going.
