can't see wifi network after tiger upgrade

	Hi, please help. I can't see our home wifi network now, it is on Channel 13. The PC's in the house can see it so I know it is working. I can only see our neighbour's wifi network, which is on Channel 11. Had no problems when I was running Panther (I am on a 12" Powerbook 1.33 MHz). Could it be the update limited me to Channels 1-11 (like in the US)? How do I get it back. Thanks in advance.
