I installed Tiger about a month ago and everything has been running smoothly. Today I forgot to plug in my PB and as a result it shut off. When I plugged it back in and restarted it, Bluetooth is suddenly no longer present. The menubar item says not available, the System Preference pane is gone, and Apple System Profiler says no hardware found. This in spite of the fact that Bluetooth is installed by default on this system (PB 1.5Ghz, Superdrive) and I have been using it with no problems for almost a year.

Any thoughts?

Never mind. Figured out the solution. If you allow your PB to power down, it can cause the Bluetooth module to stop working, requiring a reset of the PRAM to fix it.
