I dont use Mail as I dont have a .mac account. Can someone tell me how to change the settings so that when I click an email link I can use gmail instead. Thanks

Mail isn't just for .mac. Mail can use any standard POP or IMAP mail service. Gmail supports POP. They even have specific instructions for configuring Mail to use it: http://mail.google.com/support/bin/a...y?answer=13275
