How do you get rid of WHAT dialogue box? Take a picture of it for us.

So, you ticked "ok" and nothing happened... you are welcome.

Use Windows. That never happens.

kevs, please learn how to write a proper help request.

1. First of all, spell things correctly. There's no such thing as an "Apple even."
2. Give details. I've read several of your threads and the only information you offer at first is something along the lines of "what is this make it stop." You waste your time and ours by making us prod you for every little bit of information. We don't know what "this" is. Show us. In your first post.

I too second the windows box suggestion by budster. It seems that the mac is just not made for kevs based on all the help posts......

Use the force quit command-option-esc if the system is hung. Usually if you get a dialog box that won't go away it means you were in the process of doing something and you stopped it without finishing, there is shareware on your computer that has not been purchased, or your computer starts an application when you login that enables that dialog box.
First you can try the command+option+esc (Force Quit) and this will bring up a mini window. Either an application will say not responding or be in red. You can quit it and also restart the Finder.
Second, go into Applications and open the folder Utilities. Scroll down to Terminal and open it. As soon as the prompt comes up type in top or process. This will show you everything that is running. Maybe an application is using up too much memory. Open another Terminal window and type in kill and the PID #. This will take care of the offender for now.
Third, you can log out of the computer and log back in making note what applications start up.

Not sure what else would help but hey I just post here.

I've never once seen an OS X dialog that indicates they should "HIT" the ok button.
Pressing it may give better luck.

In addition to a screenshot, it would be helpful to know:

1. What you were doing when it happened?
2. Which app were you using?
3. Which app put the dialog box up?
4. What version of OS X are you using?
5. Do you have any weird haxies running?
