Hi there,
I am in need of some help and advice.
I have a 15" PowerBook running Tiger 10.4.2. and before I upgraded to Tiger, I naturally backed up all my data (10.3.9 Panther) onto a LaCIE 200GB USB external hard drive in case I had problems with the new OS.
Now that Tiger is running OK, I wish to back up my data again - do I simply 'clone' my present system to the external HD over 10.3.9 or do I have to run the Tiger DVD on my PB and do an 'archive and install' on the external HD?
Could anyone please clarify the procedure?
Thanks in advance.

Sorry folks, but I think I posted the above in the wrong forum!
I have now re-posted it in Peripherals.
