I did screenshot earlier today of a 1"x1" thumbnail, and the image printed out about 1"x1"--great

Later I did the same thing and now the screenshot is printing out about 8x10" very pixilated. So I'm totally lost on this now. thanks.

As usual, you have not given us enough information. How did you take the screenshot? What did you print it in? What is the DPI on the image?

Sometimes you have to post first, to find out the things people need to know. I would not have thought about providing dpi for example.

Ah, anyway found it, -- the scale to fit box, which never paid attention to -- in the Brother Laser driver was checked for some reason. thanks!

Preview doesn't have drivers. Glad you solved your problem, though.
