i would like to learn more about troubleshooting os x and mac hardware.

anyway, are there any good websites that cover instructions and good tips? for example a site that has tons of useful info like charts and tables showing symptoms a, b, and c, and possible solutions like zapping the PRAM or the NVRAM and why you would need to do that, etc.
