About two weeks ago I downloaded and installed this EQ program that worked with iTunes. Upon installing it I had to find some audio option in System Preferences for it to work properly. I couldnt find the option, got frustrated, and deleted the program. After deleting it and emptying the trash bin I loaded iTunes and the deleted program loaded along with iTunes! The program apparently required the EQ in iTunes to be turned on along with the option in the system preferences.

The audio on my computer since installing this program (and deleting it) has been terrible. I thought it was my speakers but I just plugged headphones into my Powerbook and they sound terrible too. The program no longer appears to load along with iTunes but I am sure it is still running because the audio problems persist.

How do I go about ensuring that this application has been completely removed from OS X? I am sure it is still opertion. The worse part is I forget the name of the application but I am trying to find it.

Thanks for any help.

Matt
