Hey,
Quicktime 7.0.2 was posted to Softwaare Update today. Its also avail from apple.com, so get the .pkg while its hot. Is their any more detailed info on the bug-fixes offered by 7.0.2? Any other issues with 7.02?

Most important: Safe to install?

Has anyone noticed any performance improvements? Thats what I would be interested in.

it doesn't seem to 'stagger' when running movies in a browser now. Previously on mine running movies would freeze Safari up for a few seconds - you could move the window around, but not click on anything inside the window. Now, as I type this, the Narnia trailer is loading in another tab and everything is running smoothly

I've also noticed this welcome improvement as well.

Looks like all good -- no downsides to 7.0.2. Most of the bug-fixes are probably related to the arival of iTunes 5.0 any, think?
